Frequently asked questions

The questions we hear most from VPs of Client Success and Service Delivery evaluating Partner Success Pulse. Have one that isn't here? Ask us directly — we'd rather give you a straight answer on a call than a vague one on a page.

Do we need to replace our CRM?

No. Partner Success Pulse is focused on client-health review, leadership prioritisation, and approved commercial visibility across Partner Success, leadership, and Sales. It is not positioned as a replacement for your CRM.

What if we already use Gainsight or a spreadsheet?

You may not need to replace anything. The better question is whether your current process makes it easy for PSMs to complete a weekly review and for leadership to immediately see which accounts need attention. If your team is still writing status reports, maintaining spreadsheets, or manually sorting through account updates, Partner Success Pulse is designed to address that workflow.

Do we have to give Sales access?

No need to expose internal Partner Success information to Sales. The Sales view is permission-gated and designed to show only approved commercial information, such as referenceable accounts and approved expansion opportunities. Internal escalation notes do not appear in the Sales view.

How does pricing work?

Partner Success Pulse has three pricing levels: Starter — $799/month (up to 8 account-manager seats, unlimited leadership and Sales viewer seats, up to 60 tracked accounts), Growth — $1,999/month (up to 20 account-manager seats, up to 200 tracked accounts), and Enterprise — custom pricing (unlimited seats and accounts, SSO, dedicated onboarding). Tiers scale by two things together: the number of account-manager (PSM) seats you need, and the number of client accounts you're tracking. Leadership and Sales viewer seats don't count against the limit on Starter or Growth, so you don't pay more just to give your VP or a Sales rep visibility. We'll recommend the right tier based on your PSM headcount and account count.

What happens as we add more clients or PSMs?

Partner Success Pulse is intended to support managed services organisations as their client base grows. If you're approaching the seat or account limit on Starter (8 seats / 60 accounts) or Growth (20 seats / 200 accounts), we'll flag it and talk through whether to move up a tier or move to Enterprise. We want those limits to be clear before you buy, not something you discover later.

Can we see Partner Success Pulse before deciding?

Yes. Book a demo and we'll walk through the PSM weekly review, the leadership risk queue and Weekly Executive Brief, and the permission-gated Sales experience. We can also talk through how your team handles client health today and whether Partner Success Pulse would actually improve that process.

Questions about implementation timing, security, or integrations? Those are worth a direct conversation while we finalise the specifics.
